Shopping Spree! WEEE!!!!

I had a FANTASTIC shopping spree today. I got all this for $63.28 out of pocket and earned $15 in rewards... Correction... $16 in rewards. I got $1 off next order for buying the mustard at Meijer. t was unadvertised, so I'm not sure the details.

Earlier this week I got an advertiser in the mail with Target coupons. To my great surprise, this morning when I looked at the ad it seemed to go perfectly with the coupons (I'm sure this was no accident). Here's what I found at Target:

* Fruit Snacks (at checkout) - $0.89 - $1 printable coupon = FREE + overage
* RF Campbells soup - Regularly $1.27, on sale for $1.14 - $0.50 coupon = $0.64
* Del Monte Veggie - Regularly $0.97, on sale for $0.66 - $0.75 coupon = FREE + overage
* Asparagus - Regularly $2.99, on sale for $1.49/lb - $1 coupon = $0.58
* Pineapple - Regularly $3.99, on sale for $2.99 - $2 coupon = $0.99
* Strawberries - Regularly $3.49, on sale for $1.99 - $1 coupon = $0.99
* Dozen Eggs - Regularly $1.22, on sale for $0.99 - $0.50 coupon = $0.49
* Gillette Deal:
-- Fusion Power Razor: Regularly $9.99, on sale for $7.99 - $2 coupon = $5.99
-- Gillette Shaving Gel: Regularly $2.14, on sale for $1.89 - $1 coupon = $0.89
- Buy 2 products above, and receive $5 gift card off next purchase
I bought a couple things for Easter, so in all I spent $15.18, saved $19.37 and earned $5 gift card.

Then I moved on to Meijer. I found a few freebies and deals there I wanted to share:
* Franks Hot Sauce - $0.99 - $0.50 coupon (doubled) = FREE
* French's Yellow Mustard - Regularly $1.39, on sale for $1 - $0.50 coupon (doubled) = FREE
* I can't believe it's not butter spray - Regularly $2.44, on sale for $1.34 - $0.75 off 2 = $0.96 each when you buy 2
* Ground Beef - marked down for quick sale - Regularly $6.38, on sale for $3.83
Again, I also bought some gifts for Easter and picked up some baby food too. In all, I spent $33.14 and saved $13.77

I saved the best for last - CVS:
* Excedrin Express Gelcaps - Regularly $5.49, on sale for $1.99 - $2 printable coupon = FREE (I got 2 of these)
* Excedrin Back and Body - Regularly $4.79, on sale for $1.99
* Puffs - Regularly $2.15, on sale for $0.99 - $0.25/3 coupon = $0.91 each when you buy 3
* Pringles - Regularly $1.99 on sale for $0.88 - $1/2 coupon = $0.38 each when you buy 2
* Huggies Deal: Spend $25, Get $10
-- Huggies Gentle Care - Regularly $12.49, on sale for $10 - $5 printable coupon = $5
-- Huggies Gentle Care - Regularly $12.49, on sale for $10 - $5 printable coupon = $5
-- Huggies Wipes - Regularly $7.99, on sale for $5 - $0.75 coupon = $4.25
I used a couple ECB I had sitting in my wallet. In the end... I spent $11.76, saved $45.95 and earned $10 ECB

It's not shown in the picture, but I made another trip CVS. I picked up 2 more free Excedrins (I got Migraine this time, which is a product I love), the free Easter grass, and a bunch of treats for baskets on Sunday. I used my $10 ECB from earlier, paid $0.98 out of pocket and got $1.58 ECB.

In the end, I saved $90.09 and still have a $5 Target gift card and $1 off my next trip to Meijer!!!

Fantastic job!

Was the Franks Hot Sauce an unadvertised deal? I looked in my ad but didn't see it - unless I am blind - which really wouldn't surprise me.

The Frank's Sauce is just the regular price at my store. The 5oz bottle is $0.99, so when you use a doubled $0.50 coupon it's free. The coupon doesn't specify a size, so that's awesome. The coupon is in the paper often, so I have 4 of these now. I figure if nothing else, I'll donate them to a food bank.

I forgot to post, though. The French's Mustard has an unadvertised Catalina. I got a coupon for $1 off my next visit for buying the mustard. I don't know if you get 2 if you do the order separate or if it was because I bought 2. It didn't specify.

Great! Thanks for the tip! My son loves everything hot and/or spicy so I really wanna get stocked up on that hot sauce. Just haven't gotten around to exploring the options.
