My money saving obession is clearly wearing off on my husband. He's always been supportive, but is now going out to find the deals for us. He made another trip to the Aunt Millie's Bakery in his southern territory. He came home with:
- 4 loafs of bread
- 6 bags of bagels
- 1 bag of powdered donuts
- Box of Oatmeal Pies
Grand Total... Paid $8.08, saved an estimated $16. Normally the bread alone would have cost us that. On sale it's usually about $2/loaf. So, if you are a carb-loving deep-freezing house like us than it's worth your time to look up the closest bakery outlet by you.
